Follow-Up Medication Management (15 and 25 minutes): $200

Missed Appointment Fee: $100

Less than 24 hours notice Cancellation Fee: $50

Paperwork Fees:

Paperwork is typically done in a scheduled appointment. If it is done outside of an appointment, it is done at a rate of $100 in 15 minute increments.

Court-Related Fees:

- Attorney Consultation: $500 per hour

- Deposition/Testimony in Court: $2,000 per half-day

- Written Legal Reports: $1,000
