Self-Pay Rates & Insurance
At this time, we are in network with commercial Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare plans, and accepting self-pay patients.
We are actively working on becoming credentialed with all major insurance carriers.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes): $400
Follow-Up Medication Management (15 and 25 minutes): $200
Missed Appointment Fee: $100
Less than 24 hours notice Cancellation Fee: $50
Paperwork Fees:
Paperwork is typically done in a scheduled appointment. If it is done outside of an appointment, it is done at a rate of $100 in 15 minute increments.
Court-Related Fees:
– Attorney Consultation: $500 per hour
– Deposition/Testimony in Court: $2,000 per half-day
– Written Legal Reports: $1,000
